Suggestions from Harold Ogle:

Delete (or hide) the Notes from the Public Review drafts. These are confusing for reviewers.

* Check for formatting errors. (The Early Draft Review documents have problems: section 4.1 of the Process Doc and Appendix A of the Standing Rules are all bold** There seems to be no "break" between the section title and the following text, so that the title formatting continues into the following paragraph.)

These issues were fixed in the Aug 5 version of the documents

Issue was closed with resolution "Fixed"
