JCP_EC-19: LJC to talk to Andres Almiray about JSR 377 #15

The London Java Community has expressed concerns about the viability of JSR 377: Desktop/Embedded Application API.

At the March 2016 EC meeting Jim Gough agreed that they would talk to Andres Almiray - the Spec Lead - about their concerns, and would try to help him to address them.

As reported in the April 2016 meeting minutes, this is in progress. An email will be sent to the Spec Lead later this week.

Andres will report on JSR 377 at the Sept EC Meeting. Did anyone from LJC contact Andres?

Andres presented in Sept 2017 at the f2f meeting. He is to follow up on EC Suggestions.
