Clarify that no Employer Contribution Agreement is required from University professors (a personally-signed JSPA is sufficient).

At the Working Group meeting on July 15 we agreed that we would not require an Employer Contribution Agreement from University professors who wish to join the JCP as individual Full Members. We recognize that some (perhaps many) professors may not be able to sign the JSPA (because their employer claims ownership of IP they create) but there's nothing we can do about that.

This item is addressed in the EDR in section 3.1.4. This can be closed.
