Changes in this PR:

Fix remaining errors on one of the examples.
Use the iife uglified and minified flaxs.min.js as external in the examples.
Replace gulp+babel+browserify by rollup+babel (20KB Bundle instead of 2 MB)
Include yarn.lock
Replaced jest by mocha+chai for faster unit tests.
