Project ID is null on create

Hi, I just installed the rgtk fork (most updated), and I'm in trouble. The installation went fine but after adding a reminder and seeing the green box confirming the operation status I don't see anything else. Checking the db I noticed the project_id field is null but the records do exist. Manually changing the value fixes the problem, is there any other way to do that? Thanks
