Noticeable at 100ns tick speed:

[ ] cmd/json will sometimes freeze but not exit upon receiving interrupt signal. This issue occurs even at the default tick speed of 1ms.
[ ] cmd/web will randomly hang.

tidepool's architecture was redesigned to avoid mutexes in an effort to address this issue. It may be fixed but further followup is required.
