The ideal tidepool UI would include:

[ ] Individual cell inspection
[ ] Statistics
- [ ] Graphed over time
[ ] Real-time configuration options

Potential solutions:

Build on existing web-based UI
- Implement REST interface to get cell data, set options
Develop desktop UI
- Use gio
