Just needed to call InvalRect.

Reviewer confirms that this does not fix the underlying error for twelf.c

InvalRect seems a cleaner way to accomplish this for TESample. I can't seem to fix the problem with twelf.c yet and I don't know why. Abandoning that goal for now.
