Cant able to add the new app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The form for new app showing
2. Fillin up the details 
3. on click of ok nothing happens..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should be adding the new app 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
it just doing nothing cant add new app.

A refresh of the main view is not occuring as it should, a browser refresh can 
be used to display the new app.

I will fix the refresh sometime next week when I have spare time.

Just updated the instance and the code..

Fixed the map files to keep - just needed a default value and a check on empty 
entry.
Added a refresh to the app list after an app is added.
Added collapse of the mapped stack trace when there is none.
Some minor fixes.

Thanks its work now,
I am not able to get the DeviceId, userEmail and Ip you think i need to add 
permission in the manifest ? or it should be coming
