Update translation ZH_CN #116

Hi: We add a translation of Chinese(simplified) to this project. Though still some help tips haven't finished yet. To be more accurate, this translation is finished by Computer Science Education group of Beijing Technology and Business University. So if need write AUTHORS.txt, please write my school name, not just only me. Thanks.

Thank you for your excellent contribution in adding the Chinese (Simplified) translation to VPL.

I have accepted the translation strings, but I did not include the code changes as they require a more general approach. As requested, your institution, the Computer Science Education group of Beijing Technology and Business University, has been acknowledged instead of you personally. This contribution was incorporated on March 7, 2021.
