gnuradio 3.8 updated the out-of-tree module, which made the current module unusable, so I updated it

Thx for your fix !

I do not have the time to really check if this PR is OK right now, but it looks like it cannot be merged as is anyway (it completely changes parts unrelated to GR 3.8, like names, comments and README.md almost wiped).

So, fell free to fix your PR to reflect the 3.8 migration only (do not worry, if you don't I'll do it at a point).
