Directions not specific enough

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Including in the text directions whether to take left/right turns
instead of just naming the streets
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Don't know the version (using it on August 21st, 2009), but using MS Vista.
