editor field visibility

if a field is set to non-visible, don't show it in the individual edit/insert page (put a hidden field set to default value, or nothing for spans)
not really sure if i wanna do this, as when editing a record would you ideally want access to the entire record?
maybe have a separate visibility for editing?

editor_visible list setting is applicable (if true uses visible array in editor as well, otherwise all fields shown). good enough for now
