Integrate the 1.7p2 FlexiProvider release into JCrypTool and test all bugfixes for all reported bugs by JCT.

1.7p3 needs to be integrated, since http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3205912&group_id=186495&atid=917513 is not fixed yet.
