KeyStoreManager refactoring #61

The JCrypTool keystore manager needs refactoring. This plug-in should be automatically initialized during JCrypTool start, no crypto plug-in should be required to take care of that. KeyStoreManager and KeyStorePlugin classes need refactoring, move methods from plug-in to manager class.
