[Online-Help] Replace every math formula with MathJax-LaTeX #320

In issue #319 @simlei introduced the possibility to use MathJax in the Online help. We gradually want to rework every Online help to have nice and clean formulas. That means every page has to be checked and formulas replaced by MathJax(LaTeX) syntax instead.

Finally, I would say this issue is done. It may be I missed some minor parts, but the main bulk of work should be finished.
