Changes

List out all the changes, and then explain the changes made at a higher level

Went through code, added intl to any components not using it
Added translations for new fields a la Google Translate
Move Yup schemas into constants/YupSchema
Refactor CourseInfo and make Create, Edit, and Search use that component
