"Ads by AdFree App" - a creepy Adware #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any website on Crome.
2. Open Gmail account.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A screen appears with advertisment and some times a new page with an 
advertisment opens up. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS - Windows XP SP-2

Please provide any additional information below.
It is a big and wide spread problem and is occuring only in google crome, there 
seem to be no redressal of this Adware.
