ability to grow items out respecting ripple and pushing later items #735

This is littealy the first thing I do on Github so it's more a test than anything else. But I've ran into the problem that when growing items out, for example when I have made a bad dialog edit, I need to move the adjacent item the same amount if I don't want them to crossfade. I imagine this is not possible because it is easier to do visually but I'm wondering if a fix for this could be found. So an action that grows out items, respecting ripple. The current custom one that exists does not seem to work right for me. Maybe Cockos just need to implement this.
