replace site.github with baseurl so works for local devel, remove merge cruft, remove double slash, add blog post section and update zoom post and hhlayout for better readability and as template, fix anchor css appearance

Just had a quick hack at this when trying to make a blog post so needs review that doesn't break / change something you did deliberately @collinstorlie. If accepted I'll then add a blog post explaining the geocoding as an example so you can twitter it up. @DanielBaird I couldn't quickly figure out why the hhlayout has some whitespace at the top of the page...
