Pure white version of the theme #10

This pull request creates a new theme template called whitefill. It simply flushes the svg icons with white instead of using a gradient. I have been looking for this kind of theme to use with Arc, see e.g. the Arc theme full preview at the bottom of this page: https://github.com/horst3180/arc-theme The below is my mate panel with the mate-dock-applet: white-icons

Can you change the name to albus it's white in latin so it will be like other themes.

Also you can add your name as creator adn remove the gradient, actually you can remove whole defs.
