If you have the Awoken theme installed, Clarity uses icons from Awoken although there are Icons in Clarity:

Maybe there are more. I will post it if I find new issues.

I change colors to Green and all icons are green (I use XFce). but I don't have Awoken installed.

Fixed in 0.4.2 version. Already in ppa
