naxsi database seem to be empty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.on accessing to naxsi web interface it says your databases seems to be empty

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i use nginx 1.2.1 with naxsi 0.49

Please provide your nginx configuration any additional information below.

Hello,

Your "default" file (I guess your vhost configuration) shows that you didn't 
configure naxsi for your / locations.
If I'm not wrong, then you won't have exceptions put to db as naxsi is not 
enabled ;)

Check for NAXSI_FMT strings your error.log

I had already followed this tutorial but i don't know what's wrong on my 
configuration files.
