Doesn't run on macOS Monterey #6

Needs javaFX runtime updating to a later version, currently 17.0.2 is only available as an EA build.

The app does run on it however.

It does actually seem to run OK on macOS Monterey, the originally reported issue seems unrelated to the underlying OS.

Will re-open if we get further reports of macOS issues
