Static IPs are necessary. The VMs must have different IPs than the host.
IP Address: 192.168.1.15
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
The Linux image will work as is. Only static IP configuration on each would be required.
Currently my PC is set to 192.168.1.15, and the 8gb machine is 192.168.1.16.
The Linux VM on my PC is 192.168.1.17 and the Linux VM on the 8gb machine (2gb RAM) IS 192.168.1.18.
