Quick reblog fix #37

Completely fixed the Quick Reblog Feature, or at least seems to be fully fixed, for the new dashboard

The popup to choose how to reblog the post now appears properly.
Rebloging as Draft, Queue, and Private are back working
Adding a caption or tags when quick rebloging work again
Now the native reblog popup won't appear.

I have tested only in Chrome. I don't know how to test in the other browsers.

This is my first pull request ever, so sorry for anything. I'm not used to github.

I'm not on my own computer right now but as soon as I get home I'll pull your changes and test them on FF. I don't have a Mac so I can't do Safari, unfortunately.

Safari have a Windows version. The addons should work on both of them... I guess. And if it works on Firefox and Chrome, I'm sure Safari will do without problems. But if you still want to test on Safari for mac, I think my boss have a mac on a vmware, on his notebook. I'll ask him to test it for me. But I still need to know how to build it.

I'll start working on fixes for other features tonight. Any suggestions where should I start?
