Consider moving from Travis/AppVeyor to Github Actions #56

Looks like better MacOS support for one thing.

Travis is removed, but currently github actions is only used for linux testing. AppVeyor is used for Windows still, and MacOS isn't tested currently.

Update, MacOS is tested with github actions with #60. Still using AppVeyor for Windows. I don't feel compelled prioritize changing that, so I'm going to close this.
