Can I use USBAsp or USBTinyISP to program target chip?

Hi
I am using USBASP chinese clone (eBay) and it works fine (always purchase by 
pair so you can use one to upgrade firmware on the other).
Just don't forget : the RESET pin shall always remains RESET and never been 
used as a I/O pin. Otherwise you will not be able to re-flash again the device 
through SPI.
Here attached are photos of my Attiny85 programming adapter : just plugs over 
the DIP8 chip in-circuit.
