Application archive management #305

I am requesting a series of methods that would let managers archive job
applications.

It would be helpful to have a setting to automatically archive them once they
reach a certain age.
Also a checkbox to prevent them from being archived.
And a way to manually archive, either with a bulk action on the application
listing page, or by inputting search criteria.

keywords: archive, archiving

This is our top request. Human Resources requires that we keep applications for
two years (for some legal reason). I'd love to keep them in Jobs Manager, but
it is hard to keep track of which applications are current. Also, the managers
would like to be go back through old apps if someone doesn't accept an offer.
So, instead of deleting apps, we'd like to archive them. This could be like the
jobs list, where they are marked as archive and show up at the end of the list
(I like how archived jobs are in red). It could also be accomplished with a
"status" field that might offer archive, review, interview, offer, and hired.

On an Application Details page, it would be nice to have a button that would
"decline and archive" the application. It could send a standard rejection
letter (defined in settings) to the applicant. Today this is a very manual
process.
