User Registration Does Not Work #446

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.www.lkhscorp.com/careers
2.Click Register
3.There is no action. The page will do nothing at all.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect users to be able to register to the site for job postings

What version of Job Manager are you using?
Version 0.7.18

What version of WordPress are you using?
WordPress 3.3.1.
