Job Listing #469

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed new copy of wordpress 3.4.1
2. Installed Job Manager Version 0.7.20
3. Create a new job
4. Go to front end (site)
5. Able to view jobs at http://localhost/wordpress/jobs-2 where as i want to 
see job listing as URL like http://localhost/wordpress/careers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After installing Job Manager and creating a new job, I want to see job listing 
page as URL like http://localhost/wordpress/careers but I am able to see the 
job listing as URL like http://localhost/wordpress/jobs-2. How can i change the 
navigation of "jobs-2" to "careers"

What version of Job Manager are you using?
Version 0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?
Version 3.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.
