Can't download CVs from submitted applications! #483

Hi,

Really need help fast. I setup a job board using your plugin and we finally got 
to use it request applications. We received a bunch of them but just when need 
to sort through the Resumes, we find that they won't download. 

From the applications section of the plugin, when we click "download" right 
next to an application, it instead takes us to a 404 error page! What could be 
the problem?
