CV Upload Overides Entire Page, Even After Submitting File

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Interact with CV Upload box, then attempt to submit or click anywhere on the 
page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: Application submitted when clicking on submit button, or nothing when 
clicking blank space. Receive: In all cases, upload Box. 

What version of Job Manager are you using?

Version 0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?

3.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I found if I click outside of the webpage enough, I can break out of the cycle.

In case I wasn't clear enough, Problem: Fill out all fields -> Attach a resume 
-> Try to submit entire application -> Upload box pops up as if you were 
clicking on resume upload -> this occurs everywhere on the page no matter where 
you click
