Re-install problem #541

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install job manager, working ok, but i having little problem with permalink, 
i un-install it..
2. i do re-install it but now there is it not take a name career.html, but it 
by default take it career-2.html 
3. and also when i click on this link it show career default post page ... not 
a job listing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Job Manager are you using?
Latest

What version of WordPress are you using?
WordPress 3.5.1
