Why is career resume could be seen by everyone on the internet.......not secure at all. #560

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Someone submit his application on line from my web site
2.he went back on line write his name down and Chapco
3.Did a search and his career resume shows up ?????

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No one should have access to any Career resume sent over to my website on the 
web

What version of Job Manager are you using?

What version of WordPress are you using?
