Changing Alt Tags? #565

I'm using this plugin as a way to list service opportunities in my church. 
They're not really jobs, they're ways to get involved and volunteer-based. That 
said, I'd like to change the alt tags over the category links that say "Jobs 
for [category]" to actually remove the "Jobs for" part and just leave the 
[category] as the alt tag. Is this possible?
