Want to change job application cells in other color #603

I use black background so the cells of job application not showing and the 
pre-texts in cells also showing after click in cells and if enter data those 
"Enter Here.." texts also added with those data. Is it possible to change cells 
color and the pre-texts removed after clicking in cells?
