Site header not showing on job/application pages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening job page in website
2. wp-job-manager plugin
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Header displays on every page of site except job and application page.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Hi Jon,

There are elements from the theme which need to be embedded into the page.

This should be done quite easily, if you would like me to do it for you please 
setup a login for dannydeltoro@gmail.com and email over the details to that 
address and I'll make the changes for you in the next 24-48 hours if you wish.

I will take a full backup of the site for you first to ensure you can roll-back 
if you need to and I'll screenshot the settings so you can see how to do it in 
the future if you need to change anything.

It should all work however I would need admin access to be sure to test.
