Add expirationDate parameter to user_token #113

Hi,

I have made a MR to add the expirationDate parameter to the user_token creation. https://github.com/jdamata/terraform-provider-sonarqube/pull/112

I have build it on my computer under WSL but I didn't test it :'( so look at it carefully.
