Update sonarqube_alm_gitlab #214

Affected Resource(s)

Expected Behavior

When the gitlab token changes, i expect the configuration of sonarqube gitlab alm to be updated correctly.

Actual Behavior

The creation of the configuration works perfectly but not the update :

sonarqube_alm_gitlab.gitlab_alm: Modifying... [id=****] │ Error: failed to decode error response json into struct: EOF
