Applications support #249

Hi there,

is there any plan to support SonarQube application creation? I can see Portfolios are already supported, any reason why Applications are not?

Hi there

This is a community project, not an official Sonar project - it relies on time and effort put in by the repo owner and the community, so the reason Applications are not supported is that neither the repo owner nor the community have put in time and effort to do so rather than any deliberate decision not to support Applications.

Feel free to submit a PR to add Application support - that's probably the quickest way to get it done. Even if you are not a GO developer, it shouldn't be too hard to get to grips with it - probably looking at Portfolios - and do something similar?

I am not a GO developer but I have managed to pick up enough to make a few contributions to this repo myself...
