Redefined labels_mode in _get_circular_plot_labels() #247

I think 'replace' captures better what the function does, because it only replaces the original labels with the labels in replacer_dict. I also added 'replace_no_hemi' to avoid always having to plot the suffix '-lh' or '-rh'.
