Added classes number-input and number-input-controls
Added spinner styling for input type=number

It looks good, but it doesn't work. I guess some JavaScript is needed. It does look like it might be possible to customize the arrows with pure CSS https://stackoverflow.com/a/59474771 but cross browser will be a pain.
