added support for '---'-command #156

The '---'-command allows to add additional sub-'

'-elements that come in handy with the http://github.com/sudodoki/reveal-cleaver-theme Simply add, instead of '--', '---' and get a section under a section!

Cool idea, but I think this might be out of scope :( What does it look like without the reveal theme?

Happy to revisit this but closing for now
