Small progress bar on the top of the page. I hope it will be useful for somebody.

I love this. It looks insanely gorgeous, thanks! There are a couple pixels on each side though, how come?

Can you take a quick look at 1ca540364bb9cb4594d2b77d313f43823f6c3631 when you get a chance, and let me know if you are happy with the changes I have applied? I will squash them into your commit and merge into master :)
