change the default author template, add more options for author #90

I added some social link in default template, weibo is a chinese social network which as popular as twitter, we chinese developer usually use weibo but not twitter. What's more, I replaced those social link with icon.

I'm sorrry that I've changed the author info, it's just for a test and I forgot to remove it....

I don't like the idea of icons, because members of the audience won't see your username - they can't click things like people on a webpage can. Icons aren't very useful to them.

I would use the URL field for things like weibo and github.

Keep in mind that you can always make your own author slide - cleaver uses markdown which supports plain old HTML. I'm admittedly very strict when it comes to changing the templates (adding new fields, stuff like that), but thank you for working on this. I hope you find a way to use these features in your presentations, even if they don't make their way into the master branch.
