Full disclosure, your tool inspired me to think about making another tool.

If you're still maintaining this, here are some things to consider:

Thanks! I did extract a bunch of codes from Windows headers, but probably not as many as are in those. If I get requests for more comprehensive Windows codes I'll definitely look there!

Great! That CSV I was able to extract (from err.exe) would be the most comprehensive resource, straight from Microsoft.
