Please merge latest 4 commits to master #161

the current master (v5.0.8) doesn't include the 4 latest commits such as the introduction of ignoreMigrations. Strangely when you look into github, the changes are shown.

Weird, I wonder why that happened. 5.0.9 has been brought to the current master branch.
