Resolves #8 and #11 by:

Handling config and history files on a per-user basis
Modifying command line arguments to take in a username (and updating the README accordingly)
Updating filenames from UTC timestamps to YYYY-mm-ddTHH-MM-SS format
Sanitizing game directory names to ensure cross-platform compatibility
