Start a project journal

It would be nice to keep some sort of semi-structured narrative about:

• Decisions made & why
• Problems we've run into
• How we've solved the problems
• Etc.

Some possible options:

• I could include narrative/journal writing in my git commits
• I could include a file or folder within the repo
• I could make a journal in some external program

I made a branch project-journal with a journal.md file.
